The process of completing a personalized order happens in three phases. First, there is the design process. We work really hard to make sure your stationery is beautifully designed. This means that when your proofs are created, a live designer spends the time to adjust every detail of the design to ensure the layout of your wording is ideal. Our proofs are not created by an automated system. The second phase of the process is printing and the third phase is quality checking, packaging and shipping.
Because of the time and care it takes to create your proofs during the first phase, if you decide to cancel an order after proofs are sent, we must charge a cancellation fee since one third of the work on your order has already been done.
Therefore, for wedding invitations, party invitations, baby announcements, holiday cards or any other personalized product, there is a cancellation charge of 35% of your merchandise total if you decide to cancel your order after proofs have been sent.
For wedding logos and personalized cocktail napkins, there is a $20.00 cancellation charge if you decide to cancel your order after proofs have been sent.
Please Note: Once your final proof is approved and the production process has started, there are no cancellations, and no refunds.
Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 business days of purchase for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. For a refund to be issued, items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return label.
Since wedding stationery, baby announcements, personalized holiday cards and party invitations are created just for you and cannot be re-sold, these items cannot be returned for a refund. We will, however, reprint an order if:
1) your order was damaged during shipping
2) the items you received do not match the proofs you approved
In the event of either of these circumstances, we require that you contact us within 3 days of delivery. If goods have been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging – we may require a digital photo of the damaged package in order to file a claim with our shipping provider.
If we have made a mistake during the printing process, we will reprint your order as quickly as possible. It usually takes 5-7 business days to re-print an order.
Please note that items cannot be returned based on color. Computer monitors are calibrated differently so the colors you see online might be slightly different from the actual printed colors. Before placing your order online, we highly recommend that you order a sample of the design or color you're interested in so that you can see it in person.
