Newlywed Neon

September 27, 2011

The oh-so-shocking neon look has been popping up in some of the most unexpected places – one of them being weddings! I’ll admit, at first I was a little hesitant about the whole idea… but the more I saw, the more I loved. Enjoy!

Trendspotting: Hanging on a Limb

August 23, 2011

This new hanging on a limb trend is something I think we’re going to begin seeing more and more of. Simple hanging objects make quite a lovely backdrop for a chic wedding ceremony. Have a professional create one for you or let out your inner crafter and treat it as a fun DIY project!

Trendspotting: Paper Pinwheels

August 9, 2011

Paper pinwheels are still an awesome trend for anyone into DIY projects! We started seeing this trend last year (take a look here and here) and we’re thrilled to see that it’s still going strong!

Different patterned papers can add so much character to any space. Hang them from the ceiling, use them as centerpieces or even make your own cake toppers! The possibilities are endless… and how fun would it be to go paper shopping?!

Modern Style: Seashells

July 25, 2011

I recently went to the beach, and since then I’ve been looking up beach-themed weddings. Even if your wedding isn’t beach themed, having a few gorgeous seashells here and there can be fun and decorative. They come in so many different shapes and sizes, and can be used for things like weights, candle-holders, or just decorative pieces.
