Classic Finds: Test Tube Vases

Hi there! New to Flights of Fancy? Perhaps you'd like to subscribe to our RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Sarah from Classic Bride is back with us every Friday to share a few of her favorite finds, inspiration and ideas for chic, classic weddings. Here’s this week’s find:

wedding decor: test tube vases

Remember chemistry class? I’ll be honest … I haven’t glanced at a periodic table or given ions a single thought since high school but one thing that I do still find kind of cool are the pyrex test tubes we used all the time.

I love the idea of using them as vases at weddings … you could place a group of them in their stand for an instant-centerpiece or spraypaint the tubes white, fill them with your signature flower and hang them from low-lying tree branches for an economical and uber-whimsical touch.
