Invite + Inspiration: A Pinterest Contest

It’s been a LONG time since we’ve had a giveaway or contest of some kind so I wanted to kick off 2013 with a fun one. We’re hosting our very first Pinterest contest!

Yup, we’re giving away a $250 gift certificate to one lucky winner! That’s a whole lotta pretty paper! And the best part is, all you have to do to enter is spend a little time pinning pretty photos and daydreaming about the most magical, most beautiful, most stylish wedding ever. I mean, that’s what we’re all doing on Pinterest anyway, right?

So, if you want to join the fun, here’s what you do…

HOW TO ENTER:

1. Follow Betsywhite Stationery on Pinterest.

2. Create a Pinterest board called “Betsywhite Invite + Inspiration” and include the invitation name in the board title. For example, a board title could be: “Betsywhite Invite + Inspiration: Aubrey“. To show you an example of what this would look like, we’ve created a sample board which you can see here.

3. Pin your favorite wedding invitation from our online store, and add the hashtag #weddinginvitations to the pin. By the way, if you have more than one favorite invite, you can create more than one pinboard. Each pinner can create up to 5 boards, each featuring a different wedding invitation as the source of inspiration.

4. Add at least 10 pins to your board which represent your dream wedding, inspired by our invitation design. You can pin cakes, flowers, wedding gowns, decor, etc… anything you would include in your dream wedding (again, for ideas, you can take a peek at this sample board).

5. To submit an entry, comment right here on this post with a link to your board!

CONTEST GUIDELINES:

Remember, you must be a member of Pinterest.com to enter, and you must be following Betsywhite Stationery’s Pinterest boards. If you don’t have a Pinterest account yet, you can sign up for one here.

This contest begins on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. (EST) and ends on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. (EST). The winning board will be selected based on creativity, style, adherence to the rules and how closely the board is inspired by our invitation.

The winner will be notified via email – when entering your email address on the comment form below, please be sure to enter a valid address. Your email address will not be shared.
