2011 Holiday Gift Guide: The Baker

December 20, 2011

One of my absolute favorite things is a house filled with the aroma of fresh baked goods… bread, cakes, pastries… yum! My mother and grandmother both loved to bake and my mother-in-law makes the BEST bread – perhaps one of these days my skills will be up to par. These fabulous gifts are sure to inspire any baker… both the amateurs and the pros!

Color Coded: Blush

December 12, 2011

Hello everyone! I can’t believe Christmas is just around the corner. I’ve started to notice this beautiful color emerging in many stores while holiday shopping.

Not pink, not tan, but a deliciously delicate color than can still pack a solid fashion punch. Blush is a feel good hue that can make you feel alive and is a perfect winter pick-me-up.
