As we move into colder weather, it’s important to remember my number one rule – wear layers! Especially living in Michigan, since our weather changes so quickly! One minute it might be sunny and warm, the next minute, I might be shivering and searching for my umbrella. I don’t mind though, because I am a big fan of blazers… I think they help make you look pulled together AND they keep you warm!

When finding something to wear to your bridal shower during the Fall months, you want to be comfortable but also feel pretty. It’s also important to remember that an outdoor brunch could become chilly and you want to be prepared! I think this look is perfect for a bridal shower. It’s fun and feminine and you could easily wear tights under the skirt, or wear boots to make it more winter appropriate. Enjoy!
