Jessica and JJ
We always get such a thrill when we see our Betsywhite Brides use their wedding logos in wonderfully creative ways so you can just imagine how we squealed with excitement to see Jessica and JJ’s glamorous affair! Some of you might have seen photos of this gorgeous wedding over on Style Me Pretty last week but we simply had to share it with you here on Flights of Fancy as well!

WEDDING DATE: April 30, 2011
LOCATION: San Diego
CEREMONY + RECEPTION: Santluz Country Club, San Diego
PHOTOGRAPHER: Studio Castillero
FLOWERS: Blush Botanicals
WEDDING PLANNER/CONSULTANT: Wynn Austin Fine Weddings & Events (formerly Le Chic Wedding Consulting)
GOWN: Oscar de la Renta
BRIDESMAID DRESSES: J. Crew, silk chiffon Cyndee dress in graphite
GROOM’S TUX: J. Crew
GROOMSMEN ATTIRE: rented from Friar’s Tux Shop

The theme for Jessica and JJ’s wedding was “My Whole Heart For My Whole Life” – a truly romantic sentiment which was reflected in every detail.

STATIONERY: Love Logo #16 Wedding Logo, Love Logo #16 Wedding Invitation and Response Set, Menu Cards, Cocktail Napkins and Stickers
TELL US HOW YOU USED YOUR WEDDING LOGO: We first incorporated the logo as a photo stamp on our save the dates, then we used the logo on our wedding invitations, rsvp cards, and our dinner menus. I had a rubber stamp made of the logo, and stamped muslin bags that were filled with rose petals and handed out to each guest as they arrived to the ceremony (they were instructed to toss the petals in the air as the bride and groom left the ceremony). We had a photo booth at the cocktail hour and reception, and my friend Cyrus Raagus made a wrap for the photo booth incorporating our logo. We also used the logo on our wedding favors, which were photo booth picture strip holders.
We ordered cocktail napkins with our logo which we used in the refreshments area for the ceremony, and at all the bars and the dessert table during the reception. We also sent a picture of our logo to Michele Coulon from Dessertier, who was making our cake and treats for our dessert table, and she decorated the cake with our logo! After the cake was cut we put out little to-go craft boxes decorated with our wedding logo on the stickers we ordered from Betsywhite, so guests could take some treats home with them at the end of the night.

JESSICA’S FAVORITE DETAIL: I loved the muslin bags we stamped our logo on, we now use them to store things all over our home. And I loved our dessert table – I love my sweets so it was a detail I loved working on.
JESSICA’S MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT: Walking into the reception hand in hand with my new husband! We both commented on how much love and support we felt in that moment, and how blessed we are for each other and the people in our lives!

Thanks so much for sharing your photos with us Jessica! We thrilled to see that your wedding logo was such an important and meaningful part of your special day!
