Trendspotting: Doilies (Part I)

Doilies are becoming a popular accent at weddings and parties – and they’re not the old fashioned kind your grandmother used to have! The classic lacy pattern is being reinvented in fresh new ways on more than just paper. Hints of doily flavor are popping up on some of the most unexpected things and that’s what I’m here to share. In fact, there is so much inspiration I love, I decided to make this a two-part post!

This first one is more of a classic, neutral look… while Part 2 (which I’ll share later this afternoon) will be a bit more fun and colorful. Enjoy!

Thank you, Naomi! And yes they are… it’s so fun to see them being used in new and different ways!
