Even though I’ve never laid a finger on a cigarette, I must admit there’s something intriguing about it’s companion – the matchbook. It seems like matchbooks aren’t as commonly found as they used to be, but that’s just part of the fun! Some of the typography, patterns and different color combinations placed on both old and new ones are so beautifully designed. Nowadays there are DIY projects to make your own or shops on Etsy that sell vintage ones. They are even beginning to be used as Save the Dates or Thank You favors for weddings.
