Ashley and John
Hello All! I’ve got an absolutely stunningly GORGEOUS wedding to share with you today!
If I haven’t mentioned this recently, I have to say that I love our customers. All of them. Our Betsywhite brides are so creative and stylish… I’m always thrilled to see how our stationery fits in with the overall vision for their wedding. When our brides team up with super talented, top notch photographers like Jonathan Canlas… well, my cup runneth over.
In this case, my cup runneth WAY over. There were so many lovely images from this wedding to choose from that Kathryn (over at Snippet and Ink) and I decided to share this feature to give you the scoop from slightly different perspectives. After you swoon your hearts out over the images below, be sure to head over to Snippet and Ink to swoon a little more.
Ok, enough talk. Commence to swooning.

WHY DID ASHLEY CHOOSE THIS INVITATION?: The style matched our look of both art deco vintage with modern touches.
ASHLEY’S FAVORITE DETAIL: Too many details to pick one! Flowers were very important to me so I worked very closely with Katherine from Cherries Floral. She did an amazing job bringing the vision to life. Our reception site was an old 1930’s art deco hotel. It is hard to find a good outdoor venue in SF and we loved that the Hamilton Ballroom had a large courtyard with a fountain and urban garden feel. Our clear tent with chandeliers brought the whole look together. I was also able to gather a small collection of vintage cake toppers which we displayed at the dessert table. They tied in great with the art deco vintage theme.
ASHLEY’S MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT: John’s speech blew me away. He spent a lot of time on it and even read a love poem (which, if you know John, is out of character)! It was very emotional and heartfelt and made me feel very loved. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house when he was done.
Thanks so much to Ashley and John for sharing their beautiful photos! Be sure to stop by Snippet and Ink for more images and details from Ashley. And if you want to immerse yourself in more stunning eye candy, check out Jonathan’s blog for more gorgeous weddings.
