It’s been a while since I’ve shared a real wedding with you. This betsywhite couple chose a classic invitation for a classic wedding. Here’s a little peek into their big day…

STATIONERY: Erin and Ryan chose the Paris invitation suite.
WHY DID ERIN CHOOSE THIS INVITATION?: I liked the simplicity of the design. I’m also a huge fan of a big, beautiful scripted typeface.

ERIN’S FAVORITE WEDDING DETAIL: We made our seating into a bit of a game and asked each guest to match a quote on his or her escort card to a framed quote placed at each table. We chose quotes by famous artists or scientists (Ryan is in medical school and I work in the arts). Also, my mother worked tirelessly for month to prepare beautiful, individual blueberry jam jars for each guest.

ERIN’S MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT: It rained for about 10 minutes just as our outdoor cocktail hour was about to begin. The rained cleared up quickly and we were left with a perfect rainbow!
