Classic Finds: Something Blue

Sarah from Classic Bride is back with us every Friday to share a few of her favorite finds, inspiration and ideas for chic, classic weddings. Here’s this week’s find:

wedding details: something blue

I love when brides get creative with their ‘something blue’ and when you really stop to think about it, the options are limitless! I thought I’d share four fun, thinking-outside-the-box ideas for incorporating a dash of blue in your big day but please feel free to share your own ideas, too!

I love the idea of adding some color to your veil by using a vintage blue birdcage veil … pedaling off with your honey on two blue bicycles {or a tandem!} … using a beautiful blue glass cakestand {or you could use a collection in varied hues of blue to hold sweet desserts for your guests!} … and last but not least, incorporating retro blue luggage for getaway shots {or to really take along on your honeymoon! So chic!}

And one last ‘blue’ idea – how fun would it be to ride off on a blue Vespa with your groom?

    I LOVE the idea of a blue cake stand. I gravitate towards variations of blue in HomeGoods. It’s the “just right” pop of color.
