PERSONAL STATIONERY ORDERING PROCESS

Ordering Online
betsywhite.com is an online company, therefore we do not have a local retail store. All orders must be placed through our secure online boutique. We have made it a priority to make the online process as simple and straight-forward as possible but if you have questions about placing your order, please contact us.


Preview Colors
Most stationery products are available in more than one color palette. To see what color options are available for each design, click on the “See Other Colors” button under the product photo.


Rush Orders
We currently do not accept rush orders.


Personal Stationery Turnaround Time
• Boxed notes with no personalization are shipped the next business day.
• After placing your order online, proofs for personalized note cards and calling cards are sent within 2 business days.
• You will be sent an email with a link to view your proofs in our online proof gallery.
• If changes are requested during the proofing process, edits will be made and a new proof will be sent within 2 business days.
• Printing and production will begin 2 business days after we receive your proof approval.
• It typically takes 7-10 business days for printing and production.

*PLEASE NOTE: Orders received after 12:00 noon (EST) are considered received the next business day. For example, if we receive an order at 10:00 am Monday, you will receive your proofs by end of day Wednesday. Alternately, if we receive an order at 3:00 pm (EST) on Monday, you will receive your proofs by end of day Thursday.

The same applies to proof approvals. If your proof approval is received after 12:00 noon on Monday, printing and production of your order will begin on Thursday.


Checking Proofs
When you receive your Proof Notification email, click on the link included to review your proofs in our online proof gallery.
Once in the gallery…

STEP 1
Click on each thumbnail to see a full size image of your proofs. So that you can clearly see the details of the design, proof images are usually larger than the actual printed item will be.

STEP 2
PLEASE CHECK ALL WORDING ON PROOFS VERY CAREFULLY. It is vital that all information is accurate and that everything is spelled correctly. Especially double check capital letters and spacing on unusual names like Demonte, De Monte, DeMonte, etc.

Once proofs have been approved, betsywhite stationery boutique is not responsible for any errors that were not detected by the customer during the proofing process.

STEP 3
If all the information on the proof is accurate, write OK in the comment box, then click the APPROVED button at the bottom of the page. Once all artwork is approved, the printing process will begin on your order.

STEP 4
If a change needs to be made, you will need to note the change in the COMMENTS box. After indicating the change, click the NOT APPROVED button. You will receive a second set of proofs within 2 business days.


CHECK YOUR ORDER!
When your stationery is delivered, please check the contents of your box thoroughly. If there is an error in your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. It is extremely important to us that we provide a quality product and although rare, errors can occur. If there is a printing error or quality issue, your order will be reprinted. Reprinting typically takes 5-7 business days so it is very important that you contact us immediately if there is an issue.
