What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.

Do you have a storefront I can visit?
betsywhite.com is an online company, therefore we do not have a local retail store.

Can I order samples?
We do not offer samples of personal stationery at this time. We plan to offer this service soon.

Can I see a preview of my order before it is printed?
Absolutely. 2 business days after placing your order, you will receive digital proofs for your review. We require that you carefully review your proofs and submit your approval before your order is printed. We never release an order into production until we receive approval. What printing process do you use for personal stationery?
Our personal stationery products are printed on a commercial digital 4-color printing press.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Personalized products are sent via FedEx International Priority and all shipments originate from the United States. Boxed note cards and other “off-the-shelf” products are sent via US Postal Service International First Class mail. Find out more about our international shipping here.

Do you offer custom designs?
We do not offer custom design services. Most of the designs in our online boutique are available with at least two color options and several designs can be personalized with your name or a special note, allowing you to order a product personalized just for you.

Do you carry designs from other companies?
betsywhite.com is a stationery boutique offering designs and products created in-house by our team of experienced designers. We do not re-sell other companies' products.

I can’t find a design I saw several months ago – help!
In an effort to keep our line of products fresh, every once in a while we will retire a design and replace it with something new. If you would like to order one of our retired designs, click here to request a discontinued design.

Can I use the design I buy for another something else?
All of our designs are protected by copyright law, therefore you cannot use, copy or modify our designs for any purpose. Purchasing a note card does not entitle you to reproduce any part or portion of the note card design. Please see the Copyright section of our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Why would I get a calling card for a child?
It has become quite popular for parents to give their child’s calling card to other parents, teachers or other adults who interact with their child regularly and may need to get in touch with said parent. It has also become popular to include a child’s calling card when sending presents to other children. A child’s calling card would include the child’s name and parents’ contact information.

What if I need to cancel my order?
There is a $10.00 cancellation charge if you decide to cancel your order before approving your final proof. Orders cannot be cancelled after proofs have been approved and the printing process has started.
