WEDDING LOGO ORDERING PROCESS
All orders are placed through our secure online boutique. Ordering a wedding logo is a quick and simple process but if you have questions about placing your order, please contact us.

TURNAROUND TIMES
From the time you place your order, it only takes about two or three days to receive your wedding logo. This all depends, of course, on how long it takes you to review and approve your proofs. Here’s a quick breakdown of our turnaround times:
• Proof creation – 1 to 2 business days
• Proof review process – (depends on customer)
• Proof edits (if necessary) – 1 business day
• Delivery – immediate (via email)
We do not accept rush orders at this time.
Here’s a detailed look at how our ordering process works:
Use the light blue navigation bar at the top of the website (and its dropdown menus) to view our various product categories: wedding stationery, wedding logos, personal stationery, etc. You can also use the menu options on the left side of the website.
Click on a product thumbnail to view that product’s main page. On the product main page, you will find all the details related to that item:
To see more product images, click on the “See More Images” button. A new window will open which allows you to scroll through various images.
Once you’ve made your decision, placing an order online is simple:
• On the product’s main page, click on the orange button that says “Add To Cart & Personalize”.
• Complete the order form: choose a color and enter wording.
• Once you have completed the order form, click on the orange “Add to Cart” button.
• When all of your items have been added to your shopping bag, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button
to submit your shipping address, payment information and complete your order.
PLEASE NOTE:
Payment in full is accepted at the time you place your order. If for some reason you must cancel your order after proofs have been sent, please be aware that there is a $20.00 cancellation fee for wedding logos. Please click here to see our Return & Cancellation Policy for more details.
After you have placed an order, you can log into your account page to check the status of your order, see payment and shipping details or add an order note. Here’s how you would check the details of your order…
After you click on the “View Order” button, this is what you will see:
Within 48 hours (weekends not included) of receiving your order, we will send your proofs. You will be sent an email (to the email address provided when you placed the order) with a link to view your proofs in our online proof gallery. If changes are requested during the proofing process, edits will be made and a new set of proofs will be sent within 24 hours (weekends not included). Proofs must be approved by the customer before the final logo files are sent.
PLEASE NOTE:
Proofs are only sent after you place an order. We do not offer a real-time automated proof image during the ordering process (which shows your wording on the design as you type it). We do not offer this type of preview system because automated systems do not correct the spacing based on your particular wording, tweak the fonts or make the kinds of adjustments a designer would make to create the perfect layout. Since the layout and quality of design is very important to us, we have a live designer work on your files after the order is placed.
After you have approved your proofs, we will save your logo files to the final JPEG format. If you have ordered a black & white logo, we will create 2 files: one large and one small. If you have ordered a color logo, we will create 4 files: a large and small color version, as well as a large and small black & white version.

Your final wedding logo files will be sent via email to the email address provided when you placed your order.
