Baby Announcements – Wording Tips
A baby announcement typically includes the following information:
• An Introduction (optional): This could be a short phrase or a few words
• Baby’s Name: You can opt to include only the first and middle name(s) or you can include the full name
• Baby’s Statistics: This includes the baby's birth date, weight and length. Time of birth and place of birth are optional.
• Who’s Announcing: List the parents’ names, names of the baby's siblings (or even grandparents).
Baby Shower Invitations – Wording Tips
A baby shower invitation typically includes the following information:
• Event description (optional): This could be a short phrase or a few words (for example, “We’re Having a Shower for…”)
• Expectant Parent(s) Name(s)
• Details: Date, time, address, city, sate
• Response details (if necessary): For example - Please Rsvp to Julie at (phone or email) by (date).
• Who’s hosting the Shower (optional)
